Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork
Japanese roots & intuitive care
I believe good bodywork begins with listening.
After more than 20 years as a body therapist, I’ve learned that no two bodies — and no two days — are the same.
Sometimes your body needs deeper, focused work. Sometimes it needs gentle attention, space, and rest.
My approach is rooted in my Japanese background and my training at the Acupressure Institute in Berkeley,
blending Eastern bodywork with Western massage techniques. I draw from Shiatsu, acupressure, deep tissue,
stretching, and intuitive touch, adapting each session to you.
I work from a quiet, private studio in Albany and use high-quality organic oils and essential oils when appropriate.
My style is warm, grounded, and unhurried. Each session is shaped by what your body needs that day, with a thoughtful blend of technique, intuition, and care.
Clients often describe my work as relaxing, intuitive, and nurturing.
Come as you are. I’ll listen to what your body needs that day.
